Michele McCauley, chief HR officer, oversees the HR functions for Apex Systems’ business units. Along with building collaboration among ASGN divisions, she has helped shape Apex’s global programs through its latest acquisition and helped craft creative solutions to support consulting services engagements. She collaborated with her team to develop support resources for all of Apex’s employees and consultants during the Covid-19 pandemic and implemented new business processes with an eye toward efficiency and scalability. In the past year, McCauley has served on the VA Chamber of Commerce Workforce Development Committee and the American Staffing Association Women in Leadership Council, focused on DE&I education.
