For more than a decade, Melinda DeJong was the sole female general manager at ettain group, one of the largest IT staffing providers in the US. DeJong advanced to regional VP in 2020 and paved the way for three more female general managers, whom she trained and mentored. In the past two years, she has added 183 employees to her team and 365 new clients to her portfolio and assisted with six acquisitions. Today, she is one of three area presidents leading ettain group’s digital and technology practice, which comprises 73% of the company’s revenue. This year, ettain group was acquired by ManpowerGroup Inc.
