Melanie Staley is a regional VP for TEKsystems, which provides IT staffing solutions and IT services. She oversees sales and delivery in the Northwest, which has 15 offices, nearly 500 employees and represents more than $500 million in annual revenue. Staley began her career at TEKsystems as a recruiter before transitioning into sales. She has also led offices in Sacramento, Calif., and Portland, Ore. TEKsystems, part of Allegis Group, is the largest IT staffing firm in the US. TEKsystems was recognized as one of the 2016 Best Workplaces for Women by Great Places to Work and Fortune magazine.
