She has a strong interest in building value, advancing strategy and developing talent. A creator of growth acceleration and optimal business performance, Forbes was appointed to her current position in October 2018. She previously was managing director, contingent workforce solutions at Alexander Mann Solutions. She was also CEO of the Guidant Group from 2014 until 2017. Forbes has also served in leadership roles with ManpowerGroup, Carlisle Managed Solutions and Advantage Resourcing.
