Maria Raffaella Caprioglio is president of Umana SpA, which ranked fifth on Staffing Industry Analysts’ 2017 list of largest staffing firms in Italy. She joined Umana in 1998, and in 2001 joined Umana’s board of directors. Caprioglio became VP in 2007 and president in 2012. Her career took off when, at the age of 23, she joined what was then known as the Industrial Association for the province of Venice, becoming the first woman to hold office within that organization. Caprioglio is a member of the general council of industrial association Assolombarda Confindustria Milano and is a member of its ICT Group Council and Business Services committee.
