In her 18-plus years at Allegis Global Solutions, Maria Boyse has been highly respected for her expertise, drive for results, collaboration and outstanding leadership. She helped build early success for AGS by winning contracts with several Fortune 100 and 500 companies; today, as VP of North America business development, she continues to drive new client wins and expand AGS’ business development capabilities. In the last year, she led her team to several major banking, technology and life sciences client wins, revamped an eight-week training program for new hires and emphasized the benefits of cross-selling across product lines and upskilling employees for greater success.
