Margriet Spijker is founder and managing director of Dutch staffing firm Timing, a part of the ADG services group. According to Staffing Industry Analysts’ research, Timing is the fifth-largest staffing firm in the Netherlands in 2017. Spijker has more than 25 years’ experience in the industry, having joined the company as a consultant in 1988 and holding various management positions, including deputy manager, before being appointed general manager in 2012.
