Maalfrid Brath, regional managing director, Nordic and Baltics, has led ManpowerGroup in Norway since 2009. Prior to joining ManpowerGroup in 2009, she spent 15 years with Storebrand in Norway in various leadership roles, most recently as executive vice president. Brath chairs the staffing and recruitment board of NHO Service and Trade and serves as vice chair of the executive committee of the World Employment Confederation Europe. Throughout her career, she has held positions in various boards; she currently is a board member of Kitron, a Scandinavian electronics manufacturing services firm, and chairs the alumni advisory board of BI Norwegian Business School.
