Lynne Marie Finn is president and CEO of Broadleaf Results, one of the largest WBENC-certified woman-owned workforce solutions organizations in the US. Broadleaf, an Aleron company, provides MSP, RPO, ICC, SOW and EOR/payrolling services to mid- and large-scale organizations across an array of industries. Finn serves on the board and as secretary of the Committee of 200 – an invitation-only international women’s business organization – and as vice chair of the Women Presidents’ Educational Organization. Finn is also a member of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York’s Regional advisory board and a Trustee of the Burchfield Penney Art Center.
