Lyndsey Simpson is CEO of The Curve Group, a UK-based privately owned recruitment process and HR outsourcing company. Prior to The Curve Group, Simpson spent 11 years undertaking a number of global strategic and M&A leadership positions in the banking and insurance sectors. She has been named among “UK’s 50 Most Inspirational Female Entrepreneurs”; “Top 35 Business Women” by both Management Today magazine and The Sunday Times; and a Young Gun award winner. She is a regular speaker and commentator in the mainstream media and a regular business commentator for various BBC Radio shows. She is an E2E Ambassador for the Entrepreneur to Entrepreneur Exchange and has devoted time to the National Society for the Prevention of Cruelty to Children.
