Lynda Sheppard is a global senior vice president with DZConneX, a Day & Zimmermann company. She was promoted to the position in December 2021 and is responsible for the overall sales, implementation and operations of DZConneX, the total talent solutions brand, which includes the company’s managed staffing and recruitment process outsourcing services. Sheppard continues to develop the company’s proprietary ConneX ecosystem and has achieved threefold growth in the portfolio, including an emphasis on diversity, equity and inclusion for her staff and customers. She is co-chair of the company’s women’s resource group and volunteers at Placer Food Bank in her community.
