Since joining Robert Walters Ireland in 2003, Louise Campbell and has held overall responsibility for the company’s Irish operations. She started her career as a recruitment consultant at Australia-based Morgan & Banks in 1996, later moving to Hudson Global, London, where she worked as a managing consultant until 2003. The Robert Walters Group has seen success in Ireland, with the business emerging as a specialist market-leading recruiter under Campbell’s leadership. Passionate about training, developing and retaining talent, Campbell is also the director of European training for Robert Walters. She is also an advocate for the “Empowering Women in the Workplace” program, which delivers insight to employers and businesses on how they can best create strategies and policies to ensure gender diversity in the workplace.
