Louise Campbell joined Robert Walters Ireland in 2003 and since then has held overall responsibility for the company’s Irish operations. She started her career as a recruitment consultant at Australia-based Morgan & Banks in 1996. Campbell transferred to London, later moving to Hudson Global, where she worked as a managing consultant until 2003. Despite a particularly challenging economy during the financial crisis, Robert Walters operated at a loss in Ireland for just one year under Campbell’s leadership.. Passionate about training, developing and retaining talent, Campbell is also director of European training for Robert Walters.
