Lori Schultz is passionate about leading and driving business turnarounds, while also fostering a culture of transparency, accountability and fun. The 30-plus-year industry veteran joined Volt in August 2018 as COO for Volt Workforce Solutions and Volt Consulting Group. Schultz previously was senior VP, global program management at Adecco’s Pontoon Solutions business. Schultz in the past year secured several billion in spend under management and expanded Pontoon’s global spend for clients in EMEA and APAC. Schultz implemented a global total talent solution MSP/RPO, which resulted in more than 40,000 new hires for the client, and built a global leadership team in the Americas, India and EMEA.
