As CIO for System One, Lisa Biondi is responsible for corporate technology strategy, designing and implementing enterprise IT solutions and technology support. Less than 10 years after System One’s spin-off from Hudson Highland Group, Bondi has retooled the company’s infrastructure to facilitate its rapid growth into the 23rd-largest US staffing firm. Biondi led multiple IT initiatives within System One, including the transition of business applications to SaaS and cloud-based platforms supporting financial, accounting, human resources, benefits and payroll systems. A hands-on leader, Biondi has established herself as a leading light within the industry.
