The first female CEO in Volt information Sciences’ 70-year history, Linda Perneau manages a leading publicly traded global organization. An industry veteran, Perneau has driven operating income growth and helped Volt achieve its best financial performance in three years. Under her leadership, Volt has revamped business lines, decreased SG&A, and gained operational efficiencies in front- and back-office systems — including recently integrating AI-driven technologies to improve recruiting and candidate onboarding processes. She invests in people foremost and aims to drive value for clients, employees and shareholders. Perneau also serves on Volt’s board of directors and volunteers annually in the Walk for Alzheimer’s.
