As a member of Randstad Holding NV’s executive board and CEO of Randstad North America, Linda Galipeau’s portfolio includes North America, the UK, Randstad Sourceright and the Randstad Innovation Fund, a corporate investment fund that invests in early stage HR technology companies and helps bring new HR technology advancements to the marketplace. In 2017, she launched the Digital Ventures Group to manage and scale innovative technology companies, including the recent acquisitions of Monster and RiseSmart. Galipeau is a strong advocate for women in leadership and oversees Randstad’s Hire Hope program, which provides job training, apprenticeships and job placement to at-risk women.
