As president and CEO of Staffmark, Lesa J. Francis is the first female appointed CEO of a billion-dollar staffing company. Staffmark has doubled in size under her leadership, and it received the prestigious Inavero Best in Staffing award four years in a row. Francis is a fervent supporter of the local community and the staffing industry. She created an award-winning Community Partnership Program that provides paid time off to Staffmark employees who voluntarily serve their communities. She’s also the incoming chair of the American Staffing Association’s board of directors and a member of the National Workforce Solutions Advisory Board.
