Francis joined Supplemental Health Care as president and CEO in 2016 following her previous role as CEO of Staffmark, where she was the first woman appointed CEO of a billion-dollar staffing company. Supplemental Health Care is the ninth-largest healthcare staffing provider in the US. A widely respected leader, Francis has more than 25 years of experience in the staffing industry and was inducted this year into Staffing Industry Analysts’ Staffing 100 Hall of Fame. She has been previously recognized by Glassdoor as one of the highest-rated CEOs nationwide and was named one of 20 “Women to Watch” by the Cincinnati Business Journal.
