With Leonie Tyler at the helm as president, S.i. Systems became the largest IT staffing company in Canada. Her team often says she brought heart to the company, which explains the 50% increase in employee retention. Since the start of the Covid-19 pandemic, she’s expanded her branch network to 24 from 10 and led the successful integration of two major acquisitions. These days, she’s focused on increasing her investment in people development through a leadership training program and developing a successful hybrid work policy. When it comes to being human and connecting others to meaningful work, Tyler says the opportunities and connections are limitless.
