Kforce COO Kye Mitchell leads the strategy and execution that brought in a record of nearly $1.6 billion in revenue in 2021. The firm’s technology business has seen almost 50% organic growth over the last two years. Second-quarter earnings show technology revenue has increased nearly 24% so far in 2022. Mitchell serves as a board member for the Tampa chapter of Best Buddies and as board chair for the Tampa Bay American Heart Association. Her leadership as Best Buddies Friendship Walk Chair in 2021 and 2022 helped the organization earn Kforce the Top Team designation.
