Through her diverse background of roles across industries including national sales, operations and more, Aerotek Regional Vice President for the North Kelly Martin has built a region comprising 14 states and over 50 sales and recruiting operations. As executive sponsor for Aerotek’s Inclusion & Diversity Council, she is passionate about developing and advocating for others to find their leadership voice. In addition, Martin sits on the board of directors for Habitat for Humanity of the Chesapeake and its construction committee, where she supports women affected by lack of affordable housing.
