A 25-year staffing industry veteran, Kelly Boykin is senior VP of global alliances at Aquent, a marketing/creative staffing firm that ranks on the list of largest firms globally. Boykin oversees strategy and growth of the firm’s partnerships with MSPs with over 20 alliance partners and 160 programs globally. 2020 has been an innovative year for Boykin and team, who launched a cutting-edge reverse scorecarding program of their MSP partnerships. This collaborative approach uses proprietary data and insights to drive dialogue and overcome barriers to program growth. Boykin is on the Women in Leadership Council at ASA and is an active mentor.
