Katherine Spencer Lee began her career with Robert Half in 1995 as a technology recruiter. She has held a wide variety of roles with the company since and became president of Technology Staffing Services and Robert Half Legal for North America in 2018. Now that she is back to her roots in tech staffing, Lee says her career has come full circle. A tireless advocate for community involvement, Lee encourages her teams to give back to the communities where they live and work by partnering with nonprofits, including the Boys & Girls Clubs of America, Junior Achievement and Dress for Success.
