Kate Goss is a managing director of Pride Global, a diversified human capital management company. Her role includes management of $350 million PrideOne, its managed services division that provides VMS/MSP, EOR/AOR, and IC validation services. Starting in 2019, Goss also manages PrideNow, the newest Pride Global division providing staffing, MSP and payroll services in the skilled labor/light industrial sector. She is also managing the rollout of PrideOne’s first direct-source program and expects this service to be an increasing component of Pride’s service offerings. Goss is also active in community sports and service organizations, and is a CCWP course facilitator.
