Kate Duchene is the president and CEO of global consulting firm RGP. Over the past five years in this role, Duchene has led RGP through a digital transformation, most recently overseeing the launch of Hugo, a digital engagement staffing platform for finance and accounting professionals. In fiscal 2022, RGP experienced its best financial performance in over a decade under Duchene’s leadership. Additionally, Duchene sits on its public company board, Resources Connection Inc., as well as the board of trustees of the University of California, Irvine, and the Orange County Community Foundation.
