Kate Donovan is SVP of ManpowerGroup Solutions North America and Global RPO president. She also leads the managed service provider business line, TAPFIN. Under Donovan’s leadership, Manpower- Group Solutions’ RPO revenue has nearly doubled and its global footprint has expanded to 57 countries in 2014 from 22 in 2010. TAPFIN is one of the largest vendor-neutral MSP providers worldwide. Donovan was named an HRO Superstar by the Human Resources Outsourcing Association and speaks frequently about global workforce trends and recruiting best practices. She is a member of the Candidate Experience Award (CandEs) Council and sits on the New England College of Business Board of Trustees.
