Her business line in August introduced Power-Suite for RPO, an integrated technology that attracts and sources the specific talent clients need. Workforce consulting also posted accelerated growth in the past year; analytics developed after years of investment and refinement enable clients to pinpoint where needed talent resides and provides the competitive intelligence required to develop precise candidate attraction strategies — which is critical in a full employment market. Donovan joined ManpowerGroup in 2008 as managing director of ManpowerGroup Solutions. ManpowerGroup is the eighth-largest staffing firm in the US.
