Donovan received in the past year the 2016 Women World Award for female executive of the year, as well as a Silver Stevie Award recognizing her achievements in business. She was named an HRO Superstar by the Human Resources Outsourcing Association and speaks frequently about global workforce trends and recruiting best practices. Most recently, she was named to the Court Management Advisory Board, which oversees the Supreme Judicial Court in Massachusetts.
