Karenjo Goodwin is the founder and CEO of Exact Staff Inc. Exact Staff has been recognized by the Los Angeles Business Journal as one of the top 100 women-owned businesses in California, and is an Inc. 5000 fastest-growing privately held company in the country. At the core of Goodwin’s leadership is gratitude for being able to positively influence Exact Staff’s clients and candidates. In 2016, Goodwin celebrated Exact Staff’s 20th anniversary while serving on various boards, supporting local charities, helping her son navigate his first year of high school, and finishing a Tough Mudder race.
