Karenjo Goodwin is founder and CEO of commercial staffing firm Exact Staff, which is celebrating its 25th year in 2020. She has grown Exact Staff into one of the largest independent woman-owned staffing firms in the US. Goodwin is also chairman of the American Staffing Association, leading the organization as an inaugural signatory of the “Getting Talent Back to Work” pledge — a Society of Human Resources Management initiative to provide employment opportunities to qualified people with history in the justice system.
