For more than 20 years, Karen Gonzalez, senior VP of global solutions at Guidant Global, has dedicated her career to helping clients find better ways to manage their workforce. Gonzalez began her career with Venturi Staffing and has since held roles with Prostaff, Ajilon Staffing and Randstad. In 2015, she was appointed to her current role overseeing the company’s sales organization. In her first year, she led the sales team to achieve more than $650 million in spend under management and $1.35 billion over the last three years.
