Since joining Pride Global as chief marketing officer in late 2020, Kaltrina Riley has transformed the company’s marketing communications, spearheaded the network’s rebranding, overseen a multinational intranet project, helped launch the company’s Decidedly Diverse DE&I initiative and built an international team from square one. A mother herself, Riley has been a champion for the Motherhood at Pride employee resource group and serves on the steering committee for Lioness, Pride’s women’s equity initiative.
