In August 2021, following a 13-year career at healthcare staffing giant AMN Healthcare Services, Julie Fletcher became chief HR officer of Home Care Assistance, which provides older adults with care to enable them to live well in their own homes. As chief talent officer for AMN, Fletcher was passionate about engaging and retaining an innovative, diverse workforce. She partnered with the executive team to drive the company’s commitment to diversity, equality and inclusion through emerging leader development, inclusive leadership/sensitivity training and metrics transparency. Fletcher previously worked at The Walt Disney Co., the Los Angeles Times and H&R Block.
