Joyce Russell is president of Adecco Staffing US and an advocate and passionate supporter of the industry. Russell has been with Adecco for more than 25 years, starting at the branch level, and today is described as the most senior-ranking woman in the US staffing industry. Russell leads the operations team, sales team and field divisions for Adecco Staffing USA, the second-largest staffing firm in the US. Russell is also a member of the Committee of 200, a group whose mission is to advance women’s leadership in business.
