Joyce Russell, president of The Adecco Group US Foundation, has been a mentor and inspiration in the staffing industry for 35 years. Under her direction, the foundation touched 16,000 lives through upskilling and reskilling of associates in 2022. Additionally, Adecco earned four 2022 Military Friendly designations for its efforts to create sustainable and meaningful career paths, community outreach, brand enthusiasm and enduring partnerships for veterans and military spouses. Russell also contributes her expertise to many boards and organizations related to the staffing industry, including organizations such as Dress for Success and Girls Who Code.
