Jolie Cooney in January was promoted to VP of ManpowerGroup Solutions TAPFIN. In the past year, she played a key role in the development and organization of the TAPFIN Global Program Management Office, or GPMO, which provides governance for TAPFIN’s managed service provider programs in more than 72 countries worldwide. She supported several initiatives under the GPMO including global sales, deployment and operational activities. Cooney was the executive sponsor for three major client global rollouts and two significant client expansions totaling more than $1.5 billion in spend under management.
