Jody Greenstone Miller is co-founder and CEO of Business Talent Group, a Los Angeles-based human cloud firm that connects companies with high-end talent for project-based work. It’s focused on changing the way work gets done. The idea for the company came after Miller found it was difficult to efficiently bring in talent on a project basis; today, BTG serves more than 40% of the Fortune 100 and hundreds of others. Recently, staffing giant Kelly Services acquired a minority stake in the company. Miller’s writing has appeared in publications such as the Harvard Business Review.
