Jodi Chavez is group president of the Randstad Accounting and Finance line of business and directs the field organization for Randstad Professionals, Randstad Life Sciences and Tatum. Chavez is a member of the Abilities in Motion Business Resource Group, which combats bias against people with disabilities in the workplace, and is executive sponsor for Leaders of the Future, which helps prepare today’s youth interested in STEM. The proceeds of her children’s book about the importance of diversity, What Color Is Your Rainbow?, are donated to support libraries nationwide.
