In 2019, the company saw 62% growth in permanent placements due to her leadership and restructuring of its business model. Continually driving growth in the evolving market, her influence reaches beyond the numbers and into the company culture. Her initiative to restructure the company’s business model has created new roles while broadening Paramount’s client base and national reach.
