Jennifer R. Dangar is chief of corporate operations at Jackson Healthcare, the third-largest healthcare staffing firm in the US. Over the past year, she oversaw a $100 million corporate campus expansion, including an eight-story, 267,000-square-foot, state-of-the-art office tower and 39,000-square-foot amenities building; launched five “Associate Network Groups”; introduced a new process to match associates’ charitable giving, resulting in a 102% increase in requests; championed the addition of the company’s on-site childcare center; and led the Great Place to Work recertification, resulting in Jackson Healthcare being named a Fortune Best Workplace in Healthcare and for Women.
