2018 was a year of exciting changes for Jennifer Andrews. In April, Andrews returned to AtWork, the 48th-largest staffing firm in the US, to help launch its MSP, Pipeline Talent Solutions. She had been with AtWork from 2002 to 2017 as a business development manager, leaving to become VP of admissions and call center operations with World Choice Investments. As VP of sales for Pipeline, Andrews has been paramount in developing the MSP’s identity and vision. Throughout her career, Andrews has developed a strategic, consultative approach to finding the best possible solutions for clients and has cultivated an intimate knowledge of the labor market and labor trends — both of which have contributed to her success.
