Janis Grantham has been a key leader on Eagle Professional Resources’ executive team since it was founded in 1996. In 2016, she was appointed to CEO. Under her leadership, Eagle has been named one of Canada’s Great Places to Work multiple times and has continued to maintain Platinum status as one of Canada’s Best Managed Companies. Grantham’s quick decision-making at the onset of the pandemic ensured the entire company was set up to work from home immediately. Eagle has not only weathered the storm of the pandemic, but also has had 5.1% growth in revenue.
