Marx serves on the boards of the American Cancer Society’s CEOs Against Cancer, Junior Achievement, American Staffing Association, and the Greater Houston Women’s Chamber of Commerce. She won a “GRIT award” in 2018 for being a pioneering female, energy industry leader and was recognized as an energy industry leader in the 2019 Houston Business Journal’s Women Who Mean Business.
