Isabelle Callebaut is deputy CEO of AUSY, a Randstad company. Prior to this, she was director, Randstad Professionals, Belgium since 2007. Callebaut started her career at IT business SAARI (since renamed SAGE) in 1990 and joined Randstad in 1995 as a regional manager, responsible for the development of the temporary staffing business in East Flanders. In 2017, Randstad acquired the French consulting and engineering firm AUSY and made it a subsidiary, and in July 2018, Randstad Professionals Belgium and AUSY merged under the AUSY name and Callebaut was appointed as deputy CEO.
