Isabelle Callebaut is director of Randstad Professionals in Belgium. She started her career at IT business SAARI (since renamed SAGE) in 1990 and joined Randstad in 1995 as a regional manager, where she was responsible for the development of the temporary staffing business in East Flanders. She became director of Randstad Professionals and Insel in 2008. This division is focused on high qualified professionals in different areas of expertise (Engineering, LIfe Sciences, Finance, HR, Sales & Marketing, ICT and Interim Management ) and looks for permanent or project-based opportunities for those experts.
