Managing Partner Ilonka Jankovich co-founded the Randstad Innovation Fund, which has made 20 investments in HR technology firms and deployed close to €50 million since its inception in 2014. In the past year, the Randstad Innovation Fund has made early stage investments in ZapInfo (US), This is Alice (US), and ValidatedID (Spain) while realizing the exits of Montage (ModernHire) and VONQ. Jankovich and some partners also launched Taptrove Ventures this year as a venture capital fund focused on worktech that improves professional journeys and enhances the distributed workforce. Randstad will be one of the investors in Taptrove Ventures, which has a targeted fund size of €100 million.
