As venture partner, Ilonka Jankovich manages the Randstad Innovation Fund, which supports entrepreneurs contributing to the digital strategy of Randstad. Jankovich began her career as an M&A lawyer in Amsterdam, London and Budapest. In 1996, she founded Legal FlexForce, a permanent recruitment and contracting firm based in the Netherlands. The company was sold to Monster/TMP in 2001. Jankovich then launched professional recruitment firm ProfiPower in 2004, selling the business to Randstad in 2010, at which time she was appointed general manager of Randstad Hungary. She departed Randstad in 2012 to pursue other interests, returning in 2013 to take up her current role. Jankovich also serves as a supervisory board member for several firms in the HR tech space.
