Hiromi Tazaki is chairman of JAC Recruitment Japan and CEO of the JAC Recruitment Group, which founded JAC Recruitment in London in 1975. She co-founded JAC Recruitment Japan in 1988. In 2011, she was appointed chairman of the company’s Japanese business and representative director and chairman of the board. JAC Recruitment in Japan has more than 900 employees working in nine offices, offering recruitment for full-time roles and an online recruitment portal. JAC Recruitment Asia has approximately 500 employees working in eight countries in Asia and the UK. With a banking background, Tazaki expanded the recruitment business overseas.
