Geraldine King joined the National Recruitment Federation in 2009 and as its chief executive is responsible for running the NRF office and all divisions of the Federation. King led the lobbying effort that resulted in the awarding of the first apprenticeship program for recruiters on the national academic framework, in partnership with the National College of Ireland. She is also a member of the MBA panel of interviewers for Dublin City University and a recent board member of the Fingal Dublin Chamber of Commerce. In 2018, King was a guest speaker at the World Employment Confederation. Prior to joining NRF, she worked at Grafton Recruitment as a branch manager.
